  1. As a Modern Orthodox Jewess who attends services in many other synagogues and temples other than those of orthodoxy, it pains me to learn of this hypocrisy. Only G-d determines who is “Jewishness enough” for immigration to Israel, whether by birth or dedicated conversion. All should be welcome who believe and study Torah! Rabbi Ruth your name is written in by book, without doubt, “welcome!”
