Intermission

A flare up of sciatica limits the time I can spend at my desk so I will post less frequently for the next few days.

If you feel chatty, leave topics you’d like for me to address upon my return.

  1. Oy! Wishing you anti-inflammatories, heat or cold (whichever works best), and maybe a little chicken soup, because it couldn’t hurt, nu?

  2. You are all very kind, thank you. I am following doctor’s orders and hope to be posting again before long. Still teaching my regular classes, as you see in the next post. This too shall pass.

  3. Bleah. Some people I know who struggle with the same thing find that sitting on an inflated exercise ball in place of a chair is less irritating (less pressure on the nerve). Hope you feel better soon!

  4. Feel better, sending good thoughts and relaxation…I am not sure how to send relaxation but just the word I hope brings thoughts that will ease the aches. Many smiles your way
